Dogs really slow resto!

So I've been a bit busy. Wheels back on

Was putting the seat in but I've welded up the holes lol

A cushion will do


So the bus is going on the road for the first time in a lot of years. I'm transferring it 2 miles from mum and dads to my house. No doors windows brakes or load floor and I'm towing it there lol
Hopefully be able to video the experience and post it up

 

So now your going to move it to your house , will it be called dogs quick resto ? Only joking but does it mean you will be able to get on it more now.great news

Hopefully. Still got a lot to do on the house yet, but I should steal the odd hour or so after Xmas

So the epic journey happened!
Towed by a cheapo screwfix bar with a trailer light bar zip tied into the load area. No doors or windows or brakes lol
The route I was planning was fairly discreet but there were roadworks and the road was closed so I had to go right through the centre of wells, wish I had someone filming as the looks I got were epic!

It rode really smooth bearing in mind it had shocks on only one side. Apparently the rear ns wheel shakes like a mofo so that's something I need to look at!
Here he is all tucked up on his new home for the foreseeable

that was my first thought, i forgot to check them

 

It would have been funny (for us) if the wheel had fallen off.

My first ever drive in him ha. Had a grin like a Cheshire cat all the way. Think that might have changed if we came across a rozzer lol
