difficult to select gears.

Hi folks. Finally got the engine back in my bus, but the gears are difficult to select. And when it's in gear it's hard to get it out again. Specifically 1st and reverse. The clutch biting point is right at the top. It's also got a empi trigger shift on it?
I'm thinking the clutch needs altering.
Can anyone give me some advice?

Have you checked the oil level in the box?

Biting point at the top of the pedal means you need to slacken the wing nut a few turns!!

 

Sounds like the clutch cable needs adjusting.
