Started body work where I put tubs in and noticed a few cracks in the paint or well I thought I payed for a new arch and rear corner 7 years ago now I see y I do it all myself what a mess I found Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Only cracked when I fitted and welded tubs in rear it's all metal just badly done like 15mm step down to the rear corner parts ordered be done in the week Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I was trying to find a decent photo of it from last year. I can't honestly say I noticed the corner was off, but then I wasn't really paying attention.

Just like my bus, mostly made out of filler .. I have taken to laying down fibreglass in the bondo to stop it cracking....

Mine was all just bad repair looked like he cut the arch panel to short and welded a strip then never pinned the rear corner up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It’s such a shame because these guys who do this are obviously really talented..... but with filler and not as welders. I mean, that amount of filler, for 7 years with no cracking and no rust on the panel underneath, and no idea it was there..... that takes skill. But it’s a lie, the job underneath the filler was shoddy, it was bodged up to make it look good, and you didn’t get what you paid for. Fair play though, the bloke was a good sculptor !!

Arch cane today so cut / pulled the old one out and as I thought he had cut it short Few hours tomorrow repairing the ends of the sills only few inches have gone can make them easy and will start making this arch fit Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
