Crank case bolt what size?

probably one for @Paul Weeding or @Joker just noticed a crank case bolt is missing top one in the photo any idea what size I need to replace?

 

That one is usually absent

 

Looks like M8 on mine.

 

I take it I can leave it that way then?!

 

M8x60 but I believe it's missing normally.

 

I have loads if you want one, not much point though.

I usually use it as a lifting point when I have to pick a type 4 off the floor onto the bench!!

 

Remind us again how you got your hernia ...
