  2. Proof I made it through the night, I borrowed a generator and put about 4hrs 8A charge in. @pkrboo & @Bertiebot I need a shopping list please.
    I'm more interested in quality and value for money over cheapness and am happier to go a little OTT than find I should have gone further.

    I have a remote display fitted so I can see the way the battery is charging but you don't need one really its just that you end up being a solar panel charging geek and its satisfying waking up and realising your batteries are already being charged from the sun.

    I used two of these panels to get my 200 watts. I have a rear hinge Westy as you will see from the thread. Deciding where to put the controller and how to route the cables is worth some thought. The layout I did works nicely but if your bus has a different roof then you will need to do a bit of planning.

    You then need the cables etc.



    You can even get full kits. This one looks pricey but I reckon is good. The panel is the expensive bit as the controller is the same as I listed above

    Yes mate. Took that film off and then had no problems. It's really good.

    Yes very well so far. But was in France with plenty of sun.
