Just got back from Hawleys. Mine is one of the engines they don’t do unfortunately of course. Too much of a flange pain in the arse. On the plus side he said if I get one of the Internet he’ll fit it for £100. So that’s an option isn’t it. Though choice and quality is limited.
about a week i think? wasnt' long at all. as above, though, its not hard to fit, just 6 bolts. i'm a mechanical numpty and i managed it ok. If your existing bolts are rusty just grind them off and fit the new exhaust with some shiny new stainless nuts and bolts. Jk and the other suppliers sell the right triangle gaskets you'll need. paint quality wasn't great tbh (better than anything from empi though) so i had mine ceramic coated before i fitted it - still looks like new. at that price though you can't complain.
I’m going to take it off and either send it away to be copied and refit myself or buy buy an off the shelf. Thanks guys.
Personally I think I’d either replace the whole lot euro style or buy a vintage speed and make it fit buy changing the flanges
Our stainless steel one was made at ‘Cobra Sports Exhausts’ (Surbiton Street, opposite the Sheffield Arena) some 15yrs ago. It’s still great now. Left the van with them and returned later after I received a call to say it was finished. https://cobrasport.com/ Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
