being charged with a crime is simply that , then it must be proven in court, that fella , was a glorified dosser,one grain of powder ?anyone can have that about them i.e. Birmingham6? same evidence as that case, could get lab result to say so cos they had handled ferry tickets, all other evidence against B.George was surcumstantial,on which you cannot be convicted on alone in a British court , and the hoary old chestnut, if we still had the death penalty? the mob (sorry ,)British public wanted a result on this one and fast , B. George was it.fella down road from where i am at moment was shot at his house door and killed cos idiot with gun went to wrong house/ door, guy murdered was married ,had a kid, got a mention in local paper.

 

It seems five people were trying for compensation, four lost their cases only one looks like getting it
