Had a bit of cold commute in my bus today, hoody gloves big coat and I was still bloomin cold. A bit of feeble warmth seeping out of my vents. To make matters worse I've got a brand spanking propex sat in my garage waiting for fitting. I did block up my cold vents tonight with a couple of pairs of socks Do many of you guys use your bus all year round as a daily like me?
I had to drive mine into Manchester this morning and had the propex fired up. Didn't have enough socks on though
Daily driver and the propex in mine works great whilst commuting , cold vents sealed with socks and masking tape
when i used to use my old landy all year i used to hang a curtain behind the bulkhead to make the cab as small as possible, have you thought of that? might make you a bit warmer
What about heated seats? Anyone got them? You can buy the pads and put them under or over the seat covers. I'm thinking about it
It's really worth looking out for some OG heat exchangers at a show chaps. I had to switch one off last weekend because I was too hot (and it was snowing). The windscreen demisted in no time, my ears were glowing and feet toasty warm. No coat, no hat, no gloves... Cheaper than a heated windscreen, cheaper than propex. If I said they are 10x as good as repro's I wouldn't be exaggerating.
