Cold air dash vents.

Summats got to be done, the mech doesn't hold them shut enough on mine because the front panel's all bent.

 

you can adjust the pull on the levers via the connecting levers I thinks

 

You can, but mine need more pull rather than adjustment. I took the levers off anyway, I don't need cold stuff and the vents are full of speakers.
I need a threaded operating rod, then a penny washer and nut just inside the van. I'll put it on the jobs to do list...

 

Or a cable tie round the lever inside.
