Clutch adjustment

Just got the engine and gearbox back in and my clutch is engaging right at the top of the clutch travel and still is on when foot off the clutch,
Do I loosen the wing nut off or do it up tighter?

 

there needs to be a little "play" in the peddle for a start so far as i know....
is there any?
loosen it to start with because you dont want it to be "slipping" and then give it a try

 

Yep... you need to loosen it a few turns
