Cheap Chineese polisher review.

Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by 3901mick, Apr 30, 2023.

  1. I was after a small polisher. I didn't want one of the big grinder type ones as they are too big for what I would use it for. I also dont like the ones that are like a orbital sander as you cant realy see what you are doing. I ordered one of these from aliexpress.

I didn't expect too much to be honest for £38 delivered. I ordered it on the 24th April. It came yesterday via EVRI........

It does everything I want, panel at a time polish. It gets a bit warm after a panel but not hot. Does a good job and isnt hard work to use.

Happy with my £38 spend :)

Looks alright for the money, but with most things 12v, it's going to be dependant on how long the cheap rechargeable batteries last.
Fair review though, and my bus could do with a polish... £38....

Can it be used whilst plugged into the charger?

  8. No. Its good for a panel or 2 normal polishing at a time though.

  9. Can you shave your legs with it? Asking for a friend.

I don’t know any Chinese who need polishing but if I did that would surely be my go to implement

Lived in leafy Surbiton a long time ago, our local Chinese takeaway did Fish n Chips too, when she served you, the lady behind the counter always asked “Sore finger?” :D

    She meant “Salt and vinegar?”

  15. There's one lass down our local Chinese who's been here for years (she used to sit doing her homework behind the counter when she was at school). She just can't seem to turn her Chinese accent off, and it's pretty heavy duty. I manage about every third word.

No, that’s what she actually said, “ Sore finger?” I wasn’t cueing up a pun :D

As its using generic " triangular" batteries you can easily get hold of more..

  19. Would it polish your head? I know someone who might be interested.
