It's worth the wait. :) I came across them purely by chance about 15 years ago. I was impressed by their approach described on the website (which hasn't been updated since) and sent 'em off. I had to wait a couple of months so this is nothing new.

When they came back I thought they'd made a mistake and sent new ones. I bolted them on and balanced the linkages by eye. Job done. Cracking no nonsense co. They set the carbs on an engine before returning so you know there won't have been a cock-up. I'm willing bet you won't google a bad thing about them. Most professional.

Ned - that's for a pair which includes replacing 4x solenoid valves as needed, chemical cleaning, all new everything, new bushes etc. Sounds a lot, but the price is barely more than I paid 15 years ago and the best ting I ever did for my 1700.

  4. Well Zed, it was your 'fault' ;) I am going there, cant wait to get them and hopefully rid my engine of all this years problems. On the phone he said I would still have to make all the service adjustments but I think that means they do the basic balancing and I'll still need to drop the idle down to 600 and mess about with them. Either that, or limp it round to a rolling road :D
