I was actually looking on the bright side and thinking this gives spurs a chance to get some players off the sick bench before the end of the season! Not sure when they plan to play all these games tho!
Is the Gov advice to still allow large gatherings of people and the organisers are taking it on themselves to cancel?
All Lindy hop and swing cancelled in Chester, Liverpool and Manchester. Jive cancelled in Chester . Now that's what I call serious ,no news on shagging yet.
Just read that, although, when I saw the line up I wasn't that impressed! I guess as a festival they now try to appeal to a broad church, but I would have been disappointed having seen that lot!
Just manage to come to terms that Glastonbury is cancelled BUT I can’t handle that so is Eurovision. I want to wake up now!!
Got tickets for Toots and the Maytals next month, guess that’ll definitely be off Bad news as it was his last tour so I can’t see them rescheduling. Also tickets for The Beat in May, most likely not all over by then so off as well. Larmer Tree festival is July so still hanging onto slim hope, but unlikely to go ahead. Dammit it was a good lineup this year too!!
where was Toots at Sarah? He was due at Bearded Theory but that’s been postponed too. I saw a Toots last year, or the year before in Hull. Shook his hand too . His gig in Manchester was to be supported by The Selector.
I was going in Southampton. I’m sure it’ll have been cancelled by now. I saw that the Selecter were doing some of the support . That would have been ace. I saw Toots a few years ago too, very good! He was quite chatty with us in the front row. Hope he does decide to postpone retirement.
Cropredy still on in August atm, but that might change I guess. Line up is pants though I think . Supposed to be at Magic Weekend in May which I reckon is very unlikely to be going ahead.
