Cam

I am rebuilding my engine and wondering if there is any benefit in putting a different spec cam shaft in
Engine is a 1600tp with 34 ict carbs and standard exhurst.

 

engle 100 would do you nicely.. more lift and duration = more power

which also = more efficient engine

 

^this. Engle 100 is my next purchase

 

Thanks will start saving i notice you have to put in a earlier oil pump as well to fit the engle i assume this is due to the cam wheel being flat and not dished
Any recommendations on what oil pump to use

 

my 1641 has an engle 110 seems to run ok ...mind you its not in the bus yet...
