Once you fall of this mortal coil how do you want to be disposed of Are you a cremation or a burial type of person? Myself id like to be buried in a real wood coffin and let all the worms and microorganisms reduce me back to pure food I would then become food for fresh young saplings etc In my eyes its all just a cycle of nutrients but i want to be part of that cycle I came from it and i want to go back to it the cycle of life that is
Neither. ^-^ I've left my body to the university medical school to do with as they will. People did that to help train my father, partner & daughter as doctors & I'll have no use for it.
A fisherman friend of mine was asked to scatter some ashes at sea for this old lady as she could not afford a burial at sea. He went out to a spot off beachy head where she wanted them scattered and threw them over , and the wind blew them back in his face and all down the side and back of his boat , he said i spat him out and hosed the boat down but he said jane his wife wouldnt kiss him for ages

There a grave yard where they bury your ashes or body and plant a tree on the spot making a wood. i would go for the burning option to make sure i am dead then become part of a wood
