Uselessness. I’ve always found BT technically good, but useless for customer service. The right hand doesn’t what the left hand is doing.
Speed is .8 at the minute fibre should give you about 100 so its abit like trying to catch a jet in the bus.
Well I thought signal would not be able to be seen moving I e soooo fast but errrrm Na . Bet my poor old dad is turning in his grave 44 years he worked for them from lead sheath to plastic and ..............................
It’s gona be like broad band , once it’s filled up with customers paying for the promise they will bring in pigeons
As a consolation, try dealing with Aviva customer services. They take uselessness to a whole new level...
Me too I was told we can have Fib-re and just after that I checked the speed on offer and it said maybe 5Megabits, which it still says a year later. Well I get 6 Megabits at the moment so I dont think we have fibre available. Despite being told we would get 38 megabits..... And to get faster download they choked off my upload speed from 1000 to 750kbits...
BT are pricey, I essentially get sky tv and fibre for the same price I was paying just for infinity and it’s all the same infrastructure. Crafty with the old download speeds quote too *38mbps *up to
My work mate who lives in an old block of flats in Manchester centre wanted fibre putting in his building but you had to fill in a request form and get 50 or so signatures so as it make it worth while so everyone at work filled in a form online and sent it the provider who duly installed it, for ages I was getting mails from then offering great value bundles, sure they got their money back eventually.
