  1. Na I'm screwed. She has me over a barrel. She works and can afford the house. I can't. Job seekers isn't worth the paper it's printed on. You can't live on what they give you. £60 a week. Righto.

Time to speak to the parents and see if they can put me up for a bit.

  2. why do we all fall in love with Dragons... ::)

me and the ex wife bought a house ,then she decided to leave ,then I decided to leave with the three kids from Leeds to Cornwall ,I ran away....

Thinking with a level head ,I should have stayed in the house.... :buttkick:

  5. copy all the advice and let me know when you want the thread pulled. Best be safe than sorry unless she has already copied the bits that she thinks are slanderous, but as Congi says We don't know her name or come to think of it yours ;)

  6. There is no slander on this thread just people's views. I'm going to get legal advice tomorrow just to be sure and kick the job search into high gear. The tenacy is up for renewal beginning of feb so I hopefully will be able to stay there till then. Then to my parents till I'm up and running. Then to the future!

  11. same happen to me 4 years ago, I had 4 kids, I was a single mom for a year and a half, I'm now married to the most amazing man I've ever met!! I know how it feels, stay strong !! big hugs X

  12. So she does wrong, serious enough for you to pack her bags and say bye, and you end up possibly homeless..........WTF!!!!

She'd be on a park bench or a mates floor if it were down to me.

I have been left with everything to pay for, she literally grabbed a few things and p**ed off. Nice.

  13. Take the higher ground. I could get all nasty and stuff but what is the point. It's just extra Agro to deal with. Too many memories here anyway. Ultimately this way I hope it doesn't get messy.

If it does, mind you, I wont hesitate to bear my teeth and show my true colours.

Gives me a chance of a new start in new surroundings.

  14. At least as a rental property it has less chance of getting messy as you dont have money tied up in a property that you have to split in some way.
Best to move on when the times right if there will be unhappy memories
