Curil T will be fine for the casing split, through bolt washers and cylinder base shims - you don't need sealant anywhere else IMO. Don’t use too much sealant and don’t use head gaskets.
That should be fine for the cylinder bases, as they're well squished down. As above, don't go mad on the case halves, as you don't want to widen out the bearing webs. And no silicone, or you'll have worms in your oil ...
