anyone know where i can my hands on a press? I watched all three at the same time ,try it... I used to take mine to the engineering part of the college ,the charged me a tenner a time ,it took 24 hrs...
Doing it on the vehicle certainly saves all the greasy mess + removing ARB and shock, but you'd have to be doing a lot to make buying the equipment pay.

its really easy to do, take your time & you'll be ok - we did the lot as it saved time later plus we did discs, dampers & arb at the same time
