Anyone been to v-dub island

burntout I was heading for Cornwall and only made dubisland after getting lost on the M25. I will probably return this year as it was a very good show, and as said we did venture out during the day and visit a few sites including Osborne house and its newly opened beach.

 

Silver - sorry I have to ask ..... you got lost and and ended up on the Isle of Wight?? You have to board a ferry to get there!!

 

I may have exaggerated truth is burntout is taking the pee because on the drive out at the show we just joined the queue and followed the bus in front. Unfortunately he was going to the local supermarket, by the time we realised we were well behind and had to be 'found' and lead cross country to catch up with the rest of the convoy!

 

I have seen there is a club camping section now on there site. Should TLB get a pitch.

Spoke with the guys at at this yesterday so will start a camp pitch club line up soon. If anyone is interested in going to this.

I'm keen to go to this. My Wife's family are from the Island so will be a good chance to see some of them too. Would likely only be there for the Friday and Saturday nights.

I mentioned it to the guys that run it but not sure if there is enouh inteest to get one. Should start one I suppose. Will get one this week.
