I'm thinking post-modern industrial, rather than ornate Reason I was asking for a Blacksmith, in particular, rather than a decent welder/fabricator was more to do with the drop bars, but I guess they don't have to be forged...I'll measure up and do a couple of diagrams...if it's something you'd be prepared take on, and you have the time, that would be great. If not, no worries.
