In my old house we had a really nice large tropical tank built into an redundant chimney breast, so when we moved we couldn't really take it with us. We've found a space in our new house and now have a nice 4ft tropical tank (community fish). Has anyone else got an aquarium, if so, post pics! I'll post ours soon.
my brother used to have one and i have always wanted one - dont have one at the moment but that may change
We have 3 at the moment - One community, One with Iberian ribbed newts One now empty - did house a small shoal of piranha, slowly whittled down by natural selection, last one unfortunately died of old age when we were on holiday...
I have A 60l bio orb. I used to love it, but over the last 12 weeks it needs a really good clean every weekend

Through that there Photobucket - right clicked on the image, copied, then pasted in the 'post' box. Previewed it and it showed the pics, but they vanished when I posted it...
There are fish in ours, just not many, got a really catfish, he's hiding in the castle and only comes out at night, others are little ones and hard to see in the pic
I used to be in the Portsmouth aquarists society havent kept fish for years though but once our extension is built we might have room for one ....once I finished the bus ....and the MGB I used to keep a few other tropical animals, I had an Iguana for about 14yrs he was a big old boy. Sadly died just before my eldest was born 6yrs ago
Waiting for Severum cichlid to go to fish heaven , then tank will be going, fish is 6 years old , don't know how long they live 
