Admin cock up

Let Admin have another open evening, I'm sure they would be happy to clear this up.

As far as I am aware nothing said in the Staff room had any relation to any of the members that have posted in this thread.

The staff room is there for the admin to discuss what is happening in the forum, so that we try and moderate at the same level, and make all staff understand various problems that we have encountered during our shifts.

It is also our sanctuary, where we can be ourselves, where we can shout, swear and vent our problems/feelings etc.

However, there is probably more school ground politics/jokes/squabbling that happen in there, than out in the forum.

If you have been affected by any of the information you have read in the staff room, counseling is available from HorTs... Good luck with that

There is an old proverb that says eavesdroppers never hear any good of themselves. I suppose this would be an electronic equivalent to overhearing a private meeting of the admin team.

 

The only things in the staff room that I think people could be upset about would be people's opinions of other people and posts we need to keep an eye on. I think most people know there would be things like that in there as there is in any private conversation. The problem is exactly that, they should have stayed private and that is my fault - I'm sorry for that.

I think it's a microdot, and it contains all the secrets of the Admin team, you just have to look closely enough.

 

I can't believe this is an issue guys
We are all just normal people who like vans but because we are mods some people seem to be against us.
The staff room shouldn't have been viewable and Horts has apologized that it was but there really isn't anything that bad in there.

For the good of the forum would everyone please stop hinting that they've saved the content and either deal with those of us that you have problems with directly or over the forum but these veiled messages are not doing any good.

We have a good community here. I like to think that when we get together everyone has a laugh.

Stop trying to bring unnecessary drama to TLB

 

This happened on VZi a few years ago... like so many things, people will take umbrage when things are read out of context... Having been a mod over on VZi for many years I've seen plenty of rubbish go on, so I can imagine what it's like on here too

so the lesson for the admin, is to delete the mod forum content once a month

Maybe they just don't like the the new forum , I did read the admin section and it was pretty boring tbh

 

my mom taught me if i had nothing nice to say then i should say nothing, i know what was said about me and by who, i will avoid those people from now on, i was labelled a bad guy before and i don't need any more grief in my life, this place used to be my life, as of a few days ago it became a very small part of it, i won't throw my toys out and leave but i know where i'm not wanted so it's best if i just blend in, i'm going division 3, the premier league is overrated, i know who my REAL mates are and i found them through this site and i'm greatful for that, but i just think low key may be best for me for a bit, catch you around peeps (just not as often) peace out.
