The whiplash claim culture has been encouraged by insurance company’s in America , why because people think they are winning . Wrong ! If you Truely have a neck or back injury you end up being wronged. Paid out a couple of quid n sent on your way to really suffer for the rest of your life . Yep they have won and the bad guys who claim with no injury’s are just helping the insurance company’s from doing right by truely injured people . Think why do they really wana pay this money out cos it saves them money in the long run and tuff if you are really hurt. Ever lost an eye or the life of of a loved one n seen the value that they put on that too . It’s all become a joke too , it’s no joke I can tell ya .
