    Some further progress over the bank holiday weekend. Corner seal channel repair welded in (I’ve made the curved bit, just need to weld that in this week).

    Fabricated 3 repair sections for the door card style line, and got 2 of them welded in; just a few pin holes to weld up.

  4. I really wanted to get to the workshop and do some today but got roped in to sanding down the hallway cabinet instead

    I’ve made a big push this week to get the door frame on the O/S complete.

    My repair piece for the door bottom tacked in:

    And ground flush. It came out pretty well.

    Style line curve closed up at last:

    Repairs made to the bottom corner:

    And more repairs to the seal channel:

    Started stripping the bottom half to bare metal:

    And a little while later, the bottom half all zinc primed!

    Hoping to get everything prepped and epoxied over the next few days so I can get the skins on and have the doors done.

  11. I'm almost finished my passenger door after similar repairs to yours. Driver's door was done last year.
