A brave new world or a Passport to Pimlico

So lets just say that TLB could create a country of its own free from the woes and troubles of the present nation. A bit like being Burgundians in a passport to pimlico.
Who would you put in charge of what?Its a self supporting state, no need for banks or hierarchy's or outside influences. I know there are some great chefs/cooks, brewers,mechanics,entertainers etc on here so suggest away. Just for fun mind.
