FREE 4 wheel rims

I've got a set of 4 steel rims here...

free to a good home... failing that, the scrap man gets them

 

tempted to get you to get banana to drop em off here. Gave mine to Vanorak!

 

Does that mean you have removed those goodyear tyres from them

 

uhuh... tyres are off via my manual tyre machine, so I'll be popping up to the garage in the morning to see if I can use there mechanical machine to put them on your rims!!

I can do that
They need a refurb, but they are good solid rims!!

 

Can I have those please then I can get mine refurbished while still having something to stand the van on.
If I can have them can you send them down with my heat ex with paras van ta.

 

I might have another set of steelies Bob, as @Dicky has first dibs...

Are you wanting tyres on or off?

 

I could do with a short term wheel loan while I get mine refurbished too! Maybe we can get a loan set together and pass them around. I'm in Teesside should anyone this way have a set.

@Paul Weeding if you've got another set spare with tyres on that hold air that would be perfect. Just something to keep the van off the floor and mobile while I get my wheels done up.

As soon as my wheels are done I can pass the old ones on.

Cheers Woody, thanks for the offer but I'm off down to that there London for a drink with that there @kenregency and he's just round the corner from @sharpey. You don't happen to know if there's a good powder coater near here do you?

The first offer of wheels was from Scotland, next was much nearer in London, now just round the corner in Yaxley if this carries on my next door neighbour will be in tonight saying he's got a set which he'd like to put on my bus for me.

 

If anyone has some 5x130 Porsche steelies I would be very interested.

Hi @WoodyLubber bit of a change in plans. @kenregency has cried off the planned dog walk and pub for tomorrow as its a bit too wet for him, (big girly) so I'm at a loose end tomorrow, apart from all the jobs Jan's just found for me. Can we pop over tomorrow and get the wheels sometime tomorrow? Jan's got a few rubbish dump runs she wants me to do so we'll be going to the dump in Whittlesey several times and could call at yours while we're in the area.
