I'm Doing this core fitness challenge again. Anyone up for it? I'm only doing it to strengthen my core before I do Tough Mudder Scotland in June. Don't do it thinking you'l be ripped at the end of it. You need to do a shed load of cardio and eat well to even get a glimpse of abs. Mines are in there somewhere. Don't do it if you have a sore back etc. I'm not a fitness instructor so don't say you were doing it cos I said it was ok to. No pain No gain eh
I haven't got time do do all 30 days but I would like to join in. I'll start on day 4, then I'll miss three days and do day 8 etc.
what are planks ? besides the things you stand on? last week , I threw 3m cubed of lime mortar into some walls ,I think I am fit enough...
