    Got some more new parts from the JK team

    Scored these NOS parts for the BA6 Eber heater on the web
    [​IMG]
    Bought this new BERU glowplug GZE201 from Brickwerks in the UK, this is replacement for BZE22. The end/tip looks little diffrent from the old one, have anyone here used this new plug? If someone have tried let us know if it works good!

  3. The undercarrige have been all cleaned up after removing the old crisp undercoating. Now its time to put the new one on!

    Choosed white undercoating because it will work as a base for the Marino yellow paint much better then a black one.

  5. Very nice! Will be interested to see what you do with it! I decided to leave the roof intact and put a louvre window in.

    How'd you get on with the epoxy? I've done our underside with epoxy mastic and am planning to do the outside with auto epoxy to seal the metal.

    Restoration of the front beam/axle. New needlebearings, bushings, balljoints, steeringdampner, piviotarm and bush, greasezerks, shocks and all new brakes and wheelbearings etc.

  12. After epoxy I will put on Surfacer High solid primer that fill small imperfections and sand easy, and then paint. Epoxy is great to have in bottom on naked metal.

    Test fit the new servo

    New needles bearings 4pcs

    Made and used this washer to pull the old ones out of the tubes

    8mm needed to get the new bearing back at the right place or it will eat torsionarms
