I just dropped something (not my shopping) in the kitchen, picked it up & binned it..... who subscribes to the three second rule? I don't..... surely the bacteria is transferred almost instantaneously! discuss....
Which midget gems? Your classic Lion ones then.... I agree but asda's own soft ones then ...... bin everytime for me!
Surely it depends on how clean your floor is, whether you wear shoes indoors etc? My floors are clean, I don’t wear shoes inside (not outside much either) and germs and bacteria are good for you. Mostly. Happy to help
Proper ones made by Bassetts in Sheffield! It's probably months between cleaning the inside of the car....nearly always find a pleasant surprise of a sweet or two.
Golden rule: if you drop food on a dry surface, you’re good to go; just pick it up, quick dust off, eat it. If it drops on a wet surface, like sloppy mud, a pile of leaves, a puddle etc, then you should look around first to see if anyone saw the incident. If you’ve got away with no witnesses and it was a really good snack that you don’t want to waste, dry it on your hoody before eating. Or wash it off if it’s heavily contaminated. For the record, dropping your sandwiches in a puddle probably does mean they’re destined for the bin, not much is going to save them, not even a hot air hand dryer in the loos. Ask me how I know
I thought it was the five second rule. Clearly you lot with a shorter rule are a lot posher. we have two dogs so it goes in the bin.
Our kitchen floor is crumb free due to a pretty tame black bird that hops in an out as it feels like. Has got us sussed, two old farts and a doolally dog so not too much danger here. Tony
Wine gums dropped down the side of the seat in the car are the tricky ones. Whether they’re edible depends on how hairy they’ve become...
