I've just got back. It was a small show without doubt. Liked the laid back feel. A smaller version of Skeg Vegas. Must say a big thank you to the guys from Rothfink who made a fuss of my youngest daughter who is disabled. It's probably this act of kindness that made it a good trip.
The above comments are EXACTLY why i don`t attend shows anymore - Nothing new , maybe the ticket price ....
How much was it to get in? I am going up tomorrow, its a day out and only an hour, plus have some business to attend to whilst there
22.50 for me and the wife and my 1 year old who they charged to get in ide do your buisiness out side and save a few quid the shows about has big as my garden. Fueled at nostell cost the same for 5 of us for the full weekend and it was alot better
it'll be interesting on how the organisers respond to that one - if under 14's can get into Camperjam for free...
we went sat aft wanted to camp for one night , they wanted 30 quid each . sod that . paid in for day ticket and back out in a hour might aswell lit my barby with that £20 . 4 adults and 1 kid would have been 125quid . its not skegvegas and never will be .
We paid £30 to get in on the Sunday, not sure what the break down in cost was, seems like they may have just been making it up as they went along.
Under 16s free at Elemental, cos when I say kids I mean all of them not some cheating half-cocked definition that means a load of them don't get in for free
Went with great expectations as it was promoted as an 'aircooled' specialist show....thought I may even get some some bits for the bay..... Won't be going again....it was rubbish. Food stalls shut by 9 on Friday night, traders were more like a scabby car boot, etc etc....
So, what do you have to say about it @VeeDubKate ? You were promoting it on here and from a quick read, our members feel you've ripped them off. @hailfrank maybe you should stop some of these chancers advertising their shows next time if they turn out like this?
