it will probably be bought by a company that has been buying sites in the north west and will be ruined within 2 years which is a shame....

Also they don't allow caravans - because of access via windy narrow roads I assume - which loses a big source of income.

 

No idea why not as the site 2 miles up the same road does.

 

It's beautiful - though agree with you and @bernjb56 - would worry about year end 2013 - if it's October and you wanted to sell now you could calculate 2014 too quite easily.
