    In numerous years there have been approximately zero reports of charlatans. Like any forum "Buyer Beware".
     
  6. Zero, you say? I may just draw your attention to a certain vendor (let's call him Lee) sold another bloke some wheels on here & did not (initially) honour his agreement with the buyer, which is why this rule is in force. I'm not complaining just don't see the need to change the rules because they are daft, if we all did that the police force would be out of a job

    I can't be bothered to argue with you. The rules are going back to how they were originally, as they should do.

    Oh, and I said "approximately zero"...
