We have a house that we rent out and we are going to put it on the market soon - we've been told that the tenants can stay on a rolling contract but we'd probably have to reduce the rent while we try to sell. The market is pretty slow so it could be a long time before it sells. just thinking you may be able to get a rent reduction if you agree to let people look round
