Worst thing about camping?

Born and raised a camper!! There isn't nothing that is bad about it!!!

 

Caravanners....

More specifically the sort of caravanners who feel the need to 'out-caravan' the people next to them by doing things like hoovering out the strip of carpet in their caravan at 8am with a 12volt vacuum cleaner that doesn't do anything other than make a really annoying shrill noise pitch-perfect for maximum hangover irritation that penetrates through everything in exactly the same way I'd like to make their vacuum cleaner penetrate through them.

i prefer travelling light and just take the sun canopy

 

I sometimes work on a stand, I find it a lot better in the trade area, very friendly and a good craic

 

Going Home :-

 

Prebooking sucks , great thing about campers is you can follow the good weather ,my summer was fine

 

Coming home obv. That and bad fireside guitarists. Nearly as bad as someone bringing one along to a party.

 

Having to get out of the van in the night for a pee.

 

Packing up to return in the rain or the snow or the sun

 

packing away in the rain, everything soggy and cold... :S then having to unpack the van when you get home and you're shattered.....still a million times better than a tent though haha x
