Please could anyone tell me the size of holes I need to drill for the wiring loom etc. Also the position I need to drill them.

  2. Take the wires that are to go thru the metal ,put them thru an appropriate sized grommet ,size your drill bit from the grommet,if you are not following the vehicles manufacturer loom positioning? then suit yourself ,when i rewired my bus i ran the wires running from the front to rear ,internal to the cab/sleeping area .

  4. Further to my previous post ,please note , i am not recommending you route your wires/cables internal to the vehicle ,it suits me to do it ,but my bus would bring tears to most peeps eyes.

  5. Large hole is 30mm in diameter
Small hole is 19 mm in diameter

    Those are for the rhs

Do you need the ones for the left aswell?

  6. Yes please had to replace both sides. Think the position of them is critical or not?

  7. Ill get the vernier on the other side for you tmw

Its not critical but myself i like to keep things as they should be

  8. Could you give me the centre positions, asking a lot I know.

So that’s what it’s for; the servo hose goes through the tin on a type 4 engine – mine anyway.
