  1. I am about to order up the necessary bits n bobs to do a section by section rewire on my bus ,sourced a catalogue from an elec.supplier of said parts, now last time I done a total rewire was 1991, obviously things/parts/technology re wiring products have moved on somewhat since then ,seems I have a choice of "standard" cabling or "thinwall"< this "thinwall" , anyone used it ? if yes ,any good? any noticeable diff? >>>myself thinking on my old bus running minimum elecs prob will not matter a jot ,opinions always helpful thou " >anyone? >>>ta 4 any advice<<< Posted too soon ! apologies > googled it , now I get it .

  2. You want standard, old school type (Vehicle Wiring Products sell in all colours). Modern thin wall just looks odd, IMHO. No real electrical difference.

  3. Cheers Snotty, appreciate advice.

I imagine thin walled wire is for large looms to reduce the size, for a van I would use the old school stuff too :)

  5. Yup, thin wall's for modern looms, to keep the weight down.
