Why have all the good book names gone?

I came up with the great title, "The Suburban Forager", only to find out a website and blog already exist!

I thought i'd write a brilliant, post-modern take on life/celebrity/alienation etc and call it 'diary of a nobody'. There's already a book called that apparently Not so brilliant then

 

i wanted to write a book.... but the name was also taken... :-
