Who's got what?

So what do you cook on?

 

I normally cook on a case of beer

 

I cook on anything , do you mean in camper?? Swing out gas cooker ,keeps smells of curries etc etc out of van well most :, barbeee gas rock portable outside or fire if anyone or i have one. Love it.

 

single ring butane cooker in a case but only for bacon sarnies. but i have meths trangia stove as well (if the gas runs out) and for emergencies or when on a walk i knocked up a coke can penny stove.

 

mostly gas in van - sometimes bbq - often pub

 

Two gas rings and a Cobb oven, I do have the Dominos app on the phone for emergencies though

 

gas inside if awning not up
gas outside if awning is up
bbq if nice outside
but you forgot to put MICROWAVE yep i take a microwave and if on hook up it's my friend PING!

 

we use a Coleman dual fuel stove , dutch oven , and cast iron cooking gear.

A 2 burner hob and grill by Gilet on a removable unit.

Not a bad item. Grills a bit rubbish and the wind breaks are pointless and need modifying. Would also be now if it had a lid clamp. At tw moment I've had to use 2 small bungee straps to stop it rattling.

 

Gas hob in van. Bit tricky now I replaced the window and didn't check I could open the slats with the cooker hood up : Must sort that out at some point...

I use the two ring + grill unit that Viking installed if we're camping. On days out I keep the gas bottles in the garage and use an itty-bitty cheapo portable stove instead.

 

Definately don't use the Coleman inside. Pressurised petrol = trouble. I did manage to cook on it at the weekend during the storm, on a table next to the van. Worked well ;D
