No not the trick you into buying a rusty bay type bra's :-[

The bonnet bra's like what magical Tevor has on the front of his bay , are they any good , do they look naff or are they a worthwhile purchase , i see bluebird customs do em for about £100 ??.

I like the look of them and if we didn't have an aerial mounted on the front we'd prob have one.

do they encourage rust behind them? i like the half cup ones on beetles but they look cack on bays in my opinion

  4. Not for me, i dont like like the way they look, but its lucky we're all different innit ;)

  6. Ive gota vunder bra , double d cup ::) , dont use it much as im not sure ??? it fits round my ariel but it can make a vibratoree noise with wind in wrong direction its a bit S and M do you want pics ;D Does protect from stuff being thrown out of convoy infront though oh and flies n bugs n stones :- e ar i slipped it on quick specially for rick n malc, i couldnt find my fillets it needs final adjustment but ::)

  7. Why would you want one, just to stop stone chips? In that case, a ventureshield type transparent film does the job without looking cack.

  8. Each to their own but I think they look naff, scruffy and a bit daft in a sort of 'what's the duvet-looking thing doing on the front of that bus' way. But, we're all different. I like clean lines round a bus. Anyway, others' thoughts and opinions don't matter. If you want one and one'll make you happy then get one.

  9. :yeah that: Pics added come on boys :moon:

  10. I prefer the saggy look now ;D

  11. Thats it malcs got me showing my underwear again ive be doooooped again :-[ offers??

  12. Do they help keep you warmer while winter driving? Just thinking that the cold wind blowing straight on the front panel can give you cold knees!

  13. Not keen I'm afraid. I think they look like a gimp mask on a Bay. I did have one (it came with the bus) but I sold it a long time ago.

  14. We use ours for longish journeys but don't leave it on for too long..

They do protect the bonnet well, but sometimes the clips that hook around by the cab doors chaffe !

  15. hate em... ;D

  16. They look naff but are there for a reason, if used correctly.
They shouldn't be left on at all times, as they collect moister and stay damp for longer.
If they are not tight, they do more damage.

They can help your paint but Also damage if not used right.

  17. Personally i dont like them

If your that worried about stone chips there is a clear plastic sheeting available to apply to car bodywork that prevents stonechips

  18. It's only paint at the end of the day, I think they look naff too. Not just on bays but on all cars.

  19. I like em

  20. spoils the look of a good van if you ask me , i really dont like them and wouldnt have one for free
