Whats in the tank

Tomorrow morning i am hiring an endoscope to look inside Ellas tank to see what if anything is blocking the outlet , the first ltr that came out contained 20 % water , i have not seen any evidence of water in the other 36 ltrs i have drained but twice while it was draining i had to blow up the fuel pipe to un block it , so who wants to guess what it is and ill report tomorrow

Best do that before hand I understand.
