   bumpers, anybody know what gauge steel to repair with? Got some early sidesteps coming and they're in need of a little love with the welder lol

   Are they originals?
   
   for a guess, Id go for 2mm thick - if you can, get hold of some DC03 or DC05 grade steel, its designed for bending and forming easily whilst retaining its strength
