What Carb is this? and where can I get spares?

I popped over to see Silver and he let me borrow one of his floats to get me on the road, and a couple of days later I received a parcel from Lost en France which had a float in which he had given me completely free of charge. I am very impressed with the friendship and comradeship shown, many times, by the various people on this website.
