Had a couple of carboys empty and a box of grape juice turned up for the missis to review so she donated a few to me to make some wine. A quick search and found a nice simple recipe which is basically grape juice, enough sugar to bring the SG up to around 1.170 (probably a pound) and a packet of yeasties. (been told not to copy paste recipes so have a search yourself if your interested or pm me) I have a rosé and a red on the go.
Strangely it seems the rosé is almost done after 3 days. Fermenting out at 9% which is a nice drinking percentage. Just got to let it clear and mellow.
