Waste Water

  1. Hi Late Bay owners & fans,

Sorry I have not posted for a while, life has got in the way lately, but I am looking into solutions for plumbing, what do you guys do with waste water, I am thinking about interior fitting for the sink? In fact I am looking for interior solutions for everything so any information guides are most welcome. Do you use a bucket, tank, or an external drain pipe? If so where, I would dread the thought of drilling a hole. Sorry I am uninformed, I did do a search but to no avail.

    Thanks for your consideration :)

    Cheers Martin

We have a tube below the sink through the floor - bucket goes on the ground underneath. However, we have found that we don't use the sink these days (except as a fruit bowl)

We've got one of those collapsible buckets which take up very little space when not in use.

  4. We used to use a collapsible water carrier, clearly marked waste, underneath the waste pipe through the floor of our old van. Now we have a big bugger with acres of space so doesn't matter !!!!!

  6. Yes - I have just fitted a sink - there was a hole already in the floor and belly pan for the pipe. I don't think I would have drilled one if there hadn't been one either - just have a 10 litre bottle to catch the water inside the cupboard.

  7. I collect mine and chuck it into the nearest eco-hedge.
