got a 1600 propex that came with my van unfitted when I bought it - minus its mounting plate, writing loom and thermostat, I know you can buy the thermo from propex but wanted to see if anyone had the bits before I called to see if they can supply a loom / mounting plate. - anybody got one out there? price etc? thanks
they're such robust pieces of kit that its highly unlikely that you'll find one. Mine came without a thermostat, I just used a switch. By mounting plate do you mean the little bracket that stands it slightly off the floor? If so any old bit of shelving bracket will do. Is there no loom at all? If there are no wires then its likely knackered isn't it? If you've got wires coming out of it just make a new loom.
I think I might have a mounting bracket as I normally just use the one instead of two. I will have some instructions somewhere which would have a wiring diagram in them. If not, treat yourself to a new one in the group buy
