Instead they will be inviting applications for Club Displays which i assume will then be either accepted or rejected based on quality i think. Sounds like applications will require photos of vehicles attending. Therefore if you fancy a place on the club stand (usually 10 places available) then post up a photo on here showing the best view of your bay.
Club applications (NOT Bookings) are now open. The form says- Things that matter to us: Your club encourages your best cars to apply for Show Cars not a club space. Your club is a supporter of the Show by sharing our content on social media. You help us by sending us great photos/videos that we can use to promote the Show and your club. You bring something rare/unique/interesting that the public would enjoy to see. Be sure to mention if you have a Hebmüller on your display! I can't fill in the form without sending in photos.
They have got a cheek when they are charging so much to display our vehicles - compare this to free admission for Tatton Park classic car show
Are we going to abort this year ? ....................I'm postponing my annual holiday to attend . I could go earlier and save some pennies , plus the family would prefer an earlier hol !
Yes ,we all make the effort year in and year out to make the show what it is and now it seems we are expendable !.......Such a shame...
