The code is latebay but when I last used it there was no difference even though it said the code had been applied! I think you need to contact Anna off here to make sure you get it.
Because Heritage' next day doesn't always arrive next day (even though next days been requested) - sometimes three days later! That's why Ive gone with Coolair!
The same item is a tenner cheaper (on a £50 part) I shopped around. Even with 10% its still cheaper and if I get 5% off then even better.
That's bad luck. They use UPS who I find excellent. I've ordered literally hundreds of times and never had a late delivery. Maybe your local UPS is to blame?
UPS = Undeliverable Parcels System our guy is alright, tbh it doesn't matter to me when the parts arrive as we have no customer deadlines but we have found the service slower!!
