Vw data sheet

I've tryed to get on the vw site to get a data sheet for the age of my camper and it says site is down due to technical reasons. ..any other way of getting one...thanks

 

Have you got the M plate?
Put a pic of it on here we'll decipher it for you!

 

I need to get something for the dvla so I can get my camper tax exempt

 

Do you know what the M plate is?
It should be riveted to the bulk head behind the passenger seat or the heater tubing behind the dash.
Decode it , print it off!

The DVLA won't accept info from a decoded M plate(don't bother asking how I know)!!

In fact I wouldn't bother with the DVLA at all, in my experience they are worse than useless. As long as your V5 logbook has the correct date of manufacture(i.e. It's 40 years old plus) then go to a Post Office and do it over the counter. Mind you even that is potluck as it took me 3 goes before I found someone who knew what they were doing
