cheers chaps - after my research nearly all of them have 'managers' and are signed to agencies etc - my brother did not apply he was spotted in store and just asked if he'd be interested ...

a load of them already work in tv and radio .... would be nice is a normal person won

There must have been some serious campaigning and voting going on then. Can't imagine something like this would generate much voting from general punters so if we all voted like we said we voted then he would have got a good chunk of votes just from this site.

I'd demand a recount and not leave m&s HQ until pinky changes colour!
